Prescription Submission

All sleep therapy device purchases require a physician signed prescription. MyNewCPAP.com can not accept prescriptions missing a NPI number or signed by a physician from outside the United Sates. If you need assistance in obtaining a prescription for your sleep therapy device, our expert staff will assist you. Normally, your doctor can fax or email your prescription to us.  If you already have a prescription, please either:

  • email it to prescriptions@mynewcpap.com or
  • fax it to (361) 214-1022.

MyNewCPAP.com will not ship your order until an acceptable prescription is obtained.

Return/Exchange Policy

We understand ordering sleep therapy devices and supplies from the internet can be a daunting task and we will make every effort to ensure your order is correct before it is shipped. If for some reason the order is not correct, we will correct it to the best of our abilities. We value each and every customer, and we will work diligently to make sure your MyNewCPAP.com experience is a great one. In the event you need to return an item, please send us an email to returns@mynewcpap.com including:

  • the name under which the order was placed,
  • the order number, and
  • a description of the issue.

Once we receive your email request we will review your order and contact you with further instructions. If you are having an issue with your mask, we will exchange your mask for any mask we carry, no questions asked, for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Please contact us immediately with any mask issues at 833-3MY-CPAP.
